Refund policy

A full refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason. No questions asked.

• One-off purchases: within 14 days of buying.
• Subscriptions: within 14 days of any payment, the first or a renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; a refund also ends the period you were refunded for.

How to ask

Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or contact Paddle at paddle.net, or write to hello@reefstore.app with your order number (it starts with txn_). Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, returns the money to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence is revoked: the app stops accepting it the next time Reef updates its licences. The same happens after a chargeback.

After 14 days we still refund where an app does not work as described, and wherever the law requires it. See the terms of sale.
